Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App

The Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App allows you to participate in meetings on the go using your smartphone or tablet. Below is a guide for installing, logging into, and joining meetings using the app on iOS and Android devices.

Note: Installation and use of the Cisco WebEx Meetings App on personal devices is not supported by FSCJ.

Install the Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App

iOS Devices

1. Search and Install:

   • Go to the App Store on your iOS device.

   • Search for Cisco WebEx Meetings.

   • Download and install the app.

2. Accept Terms and Conditions:

   • Open the WebEx Meetings app.

   • Accept the Terms and Conditions to use the app.

Android Devices

1. Search and Install:

   • Go to the Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore for Android.

   • Search for Cisco WebEx Meetings.

   • Download and install the app.

2. Accept Terms and Conditions:

   • Open the WebEx Meetings app.

   • Accept the Terms and Conditions to use the app.

Log into the Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App

1. Launch the App:

   • Open the Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App on your device.

2. Sign In:

   • Tap Sign In.

3. Enter Email:

   • Enter your FSCJ email address and tap Next.

4. Select Site:

   • On the Select Site screen, tap on or type in the URL for fscj.webex.com.

5. Single Sign-On:

   • Sign into the single sign-on page using your credentials.

   • If your password is accepted, you will be signed in and can start using the app.

Join a Meeting from the Cisco WebEx Meetings Mobile App

1. Join Meeting:

   • Tap Join Meeting in the app.

2. Enter Meeting Number:

   • Enter the meeting number provided in your invitation.

3. Join:

   • Tap Join to enter the meeting.
