Steps to Schedule a WebEx Meeting
Follow these steps to schedule a WebEx meeting using Outlook Web at www.outlook.com/fscj.edu:
1. Access Outlook Web
Open a Browser:
Launch your preferred web browser.
Navigate to Outlook Web:
Go to www.outlook.com/fscj.edu.
Authenticate:
Log in using your FSCJ credentials through the Single Sign-On page.
2. Create a New Event
Open Calendar:
In the left navigation pane, click on the Calendar button.
Start New Event:
Click on New event in the left calendar pane.
3. Set Up Meeting Details
Enter Meeting Information:
Set your meeting Title.
Add Attendees by entering their email addresses.
Specify the Date and Timeframe for the meeting.
Attach any relevant Attachments.
Write the Invitation Body or agenda for the meeting.
4. Add WebEx Meeting
Use WebEx Scheduler:
Click on the WebEx Scheduler button located at the top right of the invitation window.
