How to Join a Zoom Meeting from a Webex Conference Room

This guide will walk you through joining a Zoom meeting from a Webex Conference Room using the Navigator tablet.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Microsoft Calendar Invitation with the Zoom meeting details.

    • Locate your Meeting ID number.

  2. On the Webex Navigator tablet, touch the video call button

  3. Enter the Zoom Meeting Number followed by @zoomcrc.com

    • Example: 123456789@zoomcrc.com

    • Next, touch the Call button to join the meeting

Additional Tips

  • If you’re vendor is onsite and is hosting their Zoom meeting from our Webex Conference room, follow the steps above to join the meeting.  Follow the steps below to allow them to Host.

  1. Follow the display instructions and press “5” with the navigator keypad.

  2. Next, have the vendor enter their host key, followed by #.
