Steps to Schedule a WebEx Meeting
Follow these steps to schedule a WebEx meeting using Microsoft Outlook:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
Launch the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer.
2. Access the Calendar
Navigate to the Calendar section in the Outlook interface.
3. Create a New Meeting
Click on New Meeting to begin setting up your meeting.
4. Set Meeting Details
Enter the Title for your meeting.
Specify the Start Time and End Time for the meeting.
5. Add Attendees
Click on the Required button to open the Address Book.
Search for and select the names of your attendee(s).
Click Required to add them to the meeting, then click OK after all attendees are added.
6. Check for Scheduling Conflicts
Use the Scheduling Assistant to ensure there are no conflicts with your attendees' schedules.
7. Add WebEx Meeting Details
In the Ribbon, click on WebEx Preferences.
Select Generate a one-time meeting link.
Click Add WebEx Meeting to include the WebEx details in the invitation.
8. Send the Invitation
Click Send to distribute the invitation to all attendees.
