Steps to Schedule a WebEx Meeting

Follow these steps to schedule a WebEx meeting using Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook

  • Launch the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer.

2. Access the Calendar

  • Navigate to the Calendar section in the Outlook interface.

3. Create a New Meeting

  • Click on New Meeting to begin setting up your meeting.

4. Set Meeting Details

  • Enter the Title for your meeting.

  • Specify the Start Time and End Time for the meeting.

5. Add Attendees

  • Click on the Required button to open the Address Book.

  • Search for and select the names of your attendee(s).

  • Click Required to add them to the meeting, then click OK after all attendees are added.
