Is email available for staff and faculty members?
Yes, an email account is provided to all employees of Florida State College at Jacksonville. You can access your email through Outlook or via the MyFSCJ portal.
What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my office computer?
If you are experiencing problems logging into your computer, please first try searching this knowledge base for solutions. If you still need assistance, contact the Technical Service Desk at (904) 632-3151, option 2.
How do I move my computer from one office to another?
Laptop computers can be moved between offices as needed. For desktop or lab computers, please contact Campus Technical Support for assistance with the move.
How do I enter my grades in MyFSCJ?
To enter your grades in MyFSCJ, follow these steps:
Log in to the Employee Portal.
Click on Faculty in the top menu bar.
Select Instructor Schedules > View instructor schedule.
Click on the desired class, then select Class Roster.
In the upper right corner, click Complete Grade Input to enter grades for each student.
How do I complete my timesheet online?
To complete your timesheet online, manage your work schedules within MyFSCJ by following these steps:
Under the "Employee Resources" heading, click on Add Work Schedule Request.
This will launch the work schedule application where you can manage your timesheet.
Instructions and a tutorial video are available within the application to guide you.
