How to Access FSCJ Voicemail from Campus Network

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing voicemail through FSCJ's Cisco PCA system while on the FSCJ network.

Note: This service is only accessible when connected to the FSCJ network.

Instructions:

1. Access the Cisco PCA Website

   • Go to https://fscj-uc-1.fscj.org/ciscopca.

   • If you see a “Your connection is not private” message:

     • Click on Advanced.

     • Then, click on Proceed to fscj-uc-1.fscj.org/ciscopca.

2. Log in

   • Enter your FSCJ username and password to access your voicemail account.

3. Navigate to Web Inbox

   • Once logged in, click on Web Inbox to access your voicemail messages.

4. Manage Your Voicemail Messages

   • In the Messages tab, you’ll see options for Inbox, Deleted, and Sent messages.

   • To listen to a message:

     • Click the arrow to the right of the message title.

   • To delete a message:

     • Click on the message to highlight it.

     • Then, press the Delete button located below the message.

5. Check Deleted Messages

   • Be sure to periodically check the Deleted tab, as messages here still use space in your voicemail box and may count toward your quota.

6. Sign Out

   • When finished, click Sign Out in the upper right corner of the screen.
