Faculty & Staff: Voicemail Passwords/Resetting Your PIN
Resetting your voicemail PIN is a straightforward process. However, it is important to note that this service is only accessible while connected to the FSCJ network. If you are a remote worker or not on site, please contact the Technical Service Desk at 904-632-3151 for assistance.
How to Reset Your Voicemail PIN
Follow these steps to reset your voicemail PIN while on the FSCJ network:
Access the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant
Open your web browser and go to https://fscj-uc-1.fscj.org/ciscopca.
Bypass Security Warning
If you receive a Your connection is not private message:
Click on Advanced.
Click on Proceed to fscj-uc-1.fscj.org/ciscopca.
Log In to Your Account
Enter your college username and password to log in.
Open Messaging Assistant
Once logged in, click on Messaging Assistant.
Change Your PIN
Hover over Passwords in the menu.
Click on Change PIN.
Enter your new PIN and click Save.
PIN Requirements
Minimum Length: Your PIN must be at least 4 numbers long.
Non-Consecutive Numbers: Avoid using consecutive numbers like 2222 or 1234.
No Trivial Patterns: Do not use trivial patterns such as 123456 or 78910.
Password History: You cannot reuse a password from the last 24 months.
Reset Frequency: You must wait 1,440 minutes (24 hours) between PIN resets.
