Faculty & Staff: Delete Archived and Saved Voicemail Messages
To prevent reaching your voicemail box quota, it is important to regularly delete archived and saved voicemail messages. This guide outlines the steps for checking and managing your voicemail over the phone.
Managing Voicemail Over the Phone
Follow these steps to delete old voicemail messages using your phone:
Call the Voicemail Access Number
Dial (904) 357-8960 from any phone.
Enter Your Extension
Enter your 4-digit extension when prompted, followed by the
#
key.
Enter Your PIN
Enter your voicemail PIN, followed by the
#
key.
Review Old Messages
Press
3
to access and review old messages.
Access Saved Messages
Press
1
to listen to saved messages.
Delete or Save Messages
After listening to each message:
Press
3
to delete the message.Press
2
to keep and save the message.
Finish and Hang Up
Once you have reviewed and managed your messages, hang up the phone.
