Can the College access my student disk space?

No, the College cannot access your online storage provided by Microsoft. Access to this storage is controlled solely by you, the student, and it can be shared at your discretion. Even when your account is deactivated according to the College's procedures, the College will only disable your email with Microsoft; your data will not be saved or accessed by the College.

Does the College provide free disk space?

Yes, as a student at Florida State College at Jacksonville, you are provided with an email account through Microsoft. One of the benefits of this account is access to "OneDrive," which allows you to save files up to 100GB.

Where do I find my free disk space?

You can access your free disk space through "OneDrive." While logged into your email, click on the 3x3 grid of squares in the top-left corner, which is your Microsoft App launcher. This will open a list of apps. Click on “OneDrive” to access your virtual storage space. You can easily add, delete, and manage content on your "OneDrive."

Can I access my free disk space outside the College?

Yes, you can access your virtual online storage both on and off campus. Simply log in to your Microsoft account from any device to reach your "OneDrive."
