Setting up iOS Mail App for Office 365 Exchange
This guide will walk you through setting up the iOS native mail client to access your Office 365 Exchange account (Outlook) on an iPhone or iPad.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Your FSCJ email address and password.
Access to two-factor authentication if your organization uses it.
Steps to Set Up
Open Settings
Tap the Settings icon on your home screen.
Access Mail Settings
Scroll down and tap on Mail.
Manage Accounts
Tap Accounts to view existing email accounts.
Add a New Account
Tap Add Account to start setting up a new email account.
Select Email Provider
Choose Microsoft Exchange from the list of email providers.
Enter Email Address
Type in your FSCJ email address.
For the description, enter "FSCJ Exchange."
Tap Next to proceed.
Sign In Confirmation
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your login. Tap Sign In.
Choose Account Type
If prompted, select Work or School account.
Authenticate with FSCJ Credentials
Enter your FSCJ credentials and sign in.
Complete Two-Factor Authentication
Complete any two-factor authentication prompts as required.
Grant Permissions
If prompted, grant the necessary permissions by tapping Accept.
Configure Sync Settings
Choose the items you want to sync with your device (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc.).
You can keep the default settings and tap Save to finalize.
Open Mail App
Open the iOS Mail app to access your FSCJ email account.
