How to link JSM issues with JIRA Issues

  1. Press the "Link Issue" Button:

    • Click on the Link Issue button within your project or task interface.

 

  1. Select the Project:

    • From the dropdown menu, select Florida State College at Jacksonville - Request Management.

    • Proceed to link the issue to the desired Jira ticket.
