How to link JSM issues with JIRA Issues
Press the "Link Issue" Button:
Click on the Link Issue button within your project or task interface.

Select the Project:
From the dropdown menu, select Florida State College at Jacksonville - Request Management.
Proceed to link the issue to the desired Jira ticket.
