Can I install my own software on the lab computers?

• Personal software cannot be installed on lab computers.

What should I do if I'm having trouble using a lab computer?

• If you are a student having trouble with a lab computer, please alert the supervising faculty/staff member.

Where are the computer labs and what are their hours?

• There are computer labs at every campus and center. For lab locations and their most up-to-date hours visit the Library and Learning Commons website. Please view the calendar for holiday closings and other scheduled changes.

Are there Mac labs on campus?

• There are Mac labs available at all campuses. Please check with the Library and Learning Commons at each campus for more information.

How do I access the lab computers?

• A valid Florida State College at Jacksonville user name and password is required to log on to a lab computer.  These are the same credentials needed to access myFSCJ. If you are having problems logging into lab computers, please alert the supervising faculty/staff member.
