Summary

Live streaming services enable employees, students, and college guests to view and hear events in real-time over the web. This service is ideal for expanding the reach of college events, allowing participants to experience them regardless of their physical location.

Streaming Guidelines

In order for an event to be live streamed, it must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • An on-campus event requiring an overflow room.

  • Sufficient community interest (more than 50 confirmed viewers)

  • Requested by a College employee at or above Executive Leadership level

  • An event originating from the Digital Media Productions studio during normal business hours

Availability

Organizing a livestream event requires significant time, resources, and effort. As such, we may not be able to accommodate all requests, particularly those scheduled outside of regular working hours. However, we would be happy to explore alternative streaming options with you.
