Lab Software Requests:
The lab software request form, developed by IT staff, is submitted to Campus Presidents for presentation to their Deans. The form is distributed in late April and requires signatures from Deans, Department Academic Supervisors (DASs), and Campus Presidents.
Campus Presidents prioritize the software requests based on campus needs.

Log into help.fscj.edu.
Click on 'Submit a Ticket for Help'.
Click the IT: Technical Service Desk tile.
Choose 'Academic Software Request'.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your software request.
