How to Request Canvas Access for Student Incomplete Resolution

Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to request Canvas access to resolve a student's incomplete grade.

Step 1: Visit Help Center

  1. Go to help.fscj.edu.

  2. Click on Submit a Help Ticket in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Select Canvas Tile

  1. From the Help Center, click on the Canvas tile.

  2. Choose the Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution option.

Step 3: Provide Required Information

  1. Fill in the following details:

    • Course Number

    • Student EMPLID

    • Student Name

    • Last day of I grade contract

    • Additional comments (optional)

Step 4: Submit the Request

  1. Click Send.

  2. After submitting, your ticket will be routed, and you will receive an email to track the request and its resolution.
