WebEx: Schedule a WebEx Meeting via Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

2. Go to Calendar.

3. Create a New Meeting.

4. Set your Title, Start Time, and End Time.

5. Click on the Required button to open the Address Book.

6. Search and select the name(s) of your attendee(s), click Required, and click OK after all applicable attendees are added.

7. Use Scheduling Assistant to ensure that there are no meeting conflicts with your attendees.

8. In the Ribbon, click on WebEx Preferences.

9. Select Generate a one-time meeting link.

10. Click Add WebEx Meeting.

11. Click Send.
