Faculty & Staff: Center for E-Learning Syllabus

Once you have entered the Center for E-Learning Syllabi section, you will need to locate the template that has been designed for your course and download it to your computer by clicking on the name of the file.

Locate the downloaded template on your computer and update it with your information. Select the term and course to upload the file.

Depending on which browser you are using, you may either click on the Browse or Choose File button to locate the file on your computer.

When you have made your selection, click on the Upload Syllabus button to begin your upload.

You will then see a Syllabus Updated message appear. Your syllabus has been saved to the system and automatically submitted to your dean for review. When you are ready to publish your document so students can view it, check the box next to Publish this syllabus and click Save & Finish.

Syllabus Management

Edit: Returns you to the syllabus creation page that will allow you to upload a new document to overwrite the existing one. You can also change the publication status of your syllabus.
View: Download a copy of document you uploaded.
Delete: Delete your syllabus.
Last Modified: The last time your syllabus was uploaded.
Dean's Review: Displays whether or not your dean has reviewed the syllabus.
Copy Link: Produce a link in order to share your syllabus wherever necessary.
