Downloading the Syllabus Template
Enter the Center for eLearning Syllabi Section: Navigate to the syllabi section on the FSCJ Center for eLearning platform.
Locate the Template: Find the template designed for your course.
Download the Template: Click on the name of the file to download it to your computer.
Updating and Uploading the Syllabus
Update the Template: Locate the downloaded template on your computer and update it with your course-specific information.
Select Term and Course: Choose the appropriate term and course to which you want to upload the file.
Upload the File: Depending on your browser, click on the Browse or Choose File button to find the updated file on your computer. Once selected, click on the Upload Syllabus button to begin the upload process.
Confirmation: A Syllabus Updated message will appear, indicating that your syllabus has been saved to the system and automatically submitted to your dean for review.
Publish the Syllabus: To make your syllabus available for students, check the box next to Publish this syllabus and click Save & Finish.
Syllabus Management Options
Edit: Return to the syllabus creation page to upload a new document, which will overwrite the existing one. You can also change the publication status of your syllabus here.
View: Download a copy of the document you uploaded.
Delete: Remove your syllabus from the system.
Last Modified: See the last time your syllabus was uploaded.
Dean's Review: Check if your dean has reviewed the syllabus.
Copy Link: Generate a link to share your syllabus wherever necessary.
