Submitting a Tech Support Ticket

To submit a tech support ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Help Portal

  2. Submit a Ticket

    • Click on "Submit a Ticket".

  3. Select the Category

    • Choose "Campus Support" as the Category.

  4. Select the Appropriate Subcategory

    • Choose the appropriate Subcategory based on your issue.

  5. Complete the Required Fields

    • Include your phone number, campus (location), room number, and a detailed description of your issue or request.

  6. Submit the Ticket

    • Click "Submit" to send your request.
