WebEx: Schedule a Webex Meeting via Microsoft Outlook

#1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

#2. Go to Calendar.

#3. Create a New Meeting.

#4. Set your Title, Start Time, and End Time.

#5. Click on the Required button to open the Address Book.

#6. Search and select the name(s) of your attendee(s), click Required, and click OK after all applicable attendees are added.

#7. Use Scheduling Assistant to ensure that there are no meeting conflicts with your attendees.

#8. In the Ribbon, click on Webex Preferences.

#9. Select Generate a one-time meeting link.

#10. Click Add Webex Meeting.

#11. Click Send.
