Faculty & Staff: How do I create an email signature?

To create an email signature:
ForĀ Entourage users, click on the Tools menu item, scroll down to Signatures and click on the + to add a new signature. Title and type in your new signature, and either close and save or select Save under the File menu. Check the box for the default signature you'd like to appear on your outgoing email.
ForĀ Outlook users, click on the Tools menu item, scroll down to Options. From within the Options window, click on the Signatures button. Click on the New button to create a new signature; title and type in your new signature, and click on the Ok button to save this signature. Click on Set as Default if you'd like this signature to appear on your outgoing email.
