How to Schedule a Microsoft Teams Meeting which includes Webex Conference Rooms

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and create a New Meeting.

  2. Click the To button, add your respective attendees, and use the Scheduling Assistant button to avoid double-booking your attendees.

  3. Add your Subject or Meeting Title

  4. Add your meeting details in the body of the invitation.

  5. Add the Webex Conference room

    1. Click on the To button

    2. Click on the drop-down box underneath Address Book and select the category All Rooms

    3. Select the Webex Conference room you wish to book and click on both the Required and Resources buttons

    4. Click OK

  6. Click on the Microsoft Teams Meeting button to make the invitation a virtual meeting.

  7. Click the Send button.

  8. The Join button will appear on the room navigator tablet at 5-minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting.

  9. Touch the Join button.
