This guide explains how to join a Microsoft Teams meeting from a Webex Conference Room using the Video Conference ID number. Follow these steps to connect seamlessly to your meeting.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Invitation

   • Locate and open the meeting invitation in your Outlook calendar.

2. Find the Video Conference ID

   • Scroll down to the section titled Join with a video conferencing device.

   • Note the unique Video Conference ID number provided.

3. Use the Webex Navigator Tablet

   • On the Webex navigator tablet in the conference room, dial fscj@m.webex.com.

4. Enter the Video Conference ID

   • Look up at the main screens in the conference room.

   • When prompted, enter the unique Video Conference ID number, followed by the # key to join the meeting.

5. Alternate Joining Instructions

   • Optionally, click on the invitation's link titled Alternate VTC instructions for additional ways to join via the Webex navigator tablet.
