Managers: Where do I enter leave on behalf of my employee in myFSCJ?

To enter leave on behalf of your employee, first log in to fscj.onelogin.com with your college credentials.

  1. Select the ‘myFSCJ’ tile.

  1. Select the Manager Self Service option from the Center Navigation drop down menu. 

  2. Click the Time Management tile. 

  3. Choose Report Time, which will open Timesheet and Absence Request items from which to choose. 

  4. When choosing either of these options, the list of employees who report directly or indirectly to you will show.  Select the employee for which you will enter an Absence Request, and follow through the steps to request leave for your employee as you would for yourself.
