How to Replace an ID Badge

Faculty & Staff: How to Replace an ID Badge

If your ID gave you access to any rooms or doors, you will need to fill out an incident report with Campus Security.

  • Go to Human Resources (located in Administrative Offices downtown) to have your ID reprinted.

  • Take your new ID to the Facilities Department on your campus to have it reactivated as an access card.

    • IT personnel who work in the NOC, please go to help.fscj.edu, log in with your College credentials. Under “Portals”, select the “IT: Technical Service Desk” tile, then “Other Technical Service Desk issues or questions”. Complete the required fields and make sure to include your badge number, which can be found on the back of your badge below your EmplID or you can attach a picture of the back of your card. Click send to submit your request.
