All questions regarding Student Records should be directed to the help.fscj.edu website:
Go to https://fscj.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
Log in using your FSCJ Employee Credentials.
Choose the Student Records tile.
Select Other Student Records issues or questions.
Fill out all other areas of the ticket as appropriate, being as detailed as possible and providing your contact information.
Click Submit.
