WebEx: How to install the WebEx Desktop App

1. Log into webex.fscj.edu

2. In the left navigation pane, click on the Download link.

3. Click on the blue Download button to download the Desktop App installer.

4. Save the webexmeetings.msi (Windows) or webexapp.dmg (Mac) installer to your desktop.

Windows (webexmeetings.msi)

1. Open webexmeetings.msi from the desktop, accept the license agreement, and take the default selections to complete the installation.

2. When prompted, sign into the Desktop App with your email address and click next.

3. Select, or enter, fscj.webex.com, as your WebEx site.  Click Next.

4. Authenticate to the FSCJ Single Sign-on page if prompted.

5. Click on calendar integration and setup your calendar access to WebEx Desktop App.

6. You are now ready to use the WebEx Desktop App.

Macintosh (webexapp.dmg)

1. Open webexapp.dmg from the desktop.

2. Open ‘Cisco WebEx Meetings.pkg’, click Continue and take the default selections to complete the installation.

3. When prompted, sign into the Desktop App with your email address and click next.

4. Select, or enter, fscj.webex.com, as your WebEx site.  Click Next.

5. Authenticate to the FSCJ Single Sign-on page if prompted.

6. Click on calendar integration and setup your calendar access to WebEx Desktop App.

7. You are now ready to use the WebEx Desktop App.
