Faculty, Staff & Students: Where can I get help or access the FSCJ Technical Support in myFSCJ?

While in the employee/student portal (my.fscj.edu), you can access the FSCJ Technical Support Desk.
For Employees click on “Quick Links” or for students click on “Useful Links”.
On the left side menu, click on Help Center and a new window will open with the Help site.
There, you can click on Get Help to submit a new ticket or My Ticket to review tickets that have been created in your name.
