Managers: How to Review/Approve the VNP Form and Recommendation to Hire

Reviewing/Approving the Vacant, New and Reallocated Position (VNP) Form and Recommendation to Hire Form

  1. Navigate to fscj.onelogin.com and login with your username and password.

  2. Select the ‘myFSCJ’ tile.

  3. If you are not already there, from the top center button on the page select “Employee Self Service”. 

  1. Select the “Approvals” tile.

Your Pending Approvals will include all items requiring your approval, VNP Forms, Recommendation to Hire Forms, Time Sheets, Leave Forms, etc. To narrow the list, select “Forms” from the left-hand side menu. Select the form you’d like to review/approve.

Review the form. You can make changes/corrections to the form, if needed. Select Save if any changes are made.

After reviewing the form select the Approve or Deny button. The Approve button pushes the form to the next approver and the Deny button stops the approval process. After the form is approved or denied the forms’ originator and any prior approvers will receive an email notification. Note:  Once the form has been denied it cannot be reactivated.

After Approving the form you will receive an Approve window, comments are not required, select Submit.

You are now Finished with this form.
