We highly recommend you configure a backup or secondary authentication factor in case your primary device is lost or stolen.
To add a secondary method of authentication, go to https://fscj.onelogin.com/profile . Here, you can access your OneLogin profile and register your secondary factor/device. Once logged in, you’ll see the following page:
As you see, this user registered the OneLogin Protect app first, so it is their default method. To add SMS messaging as a backup authentication factor, you’ll first need to add your mobile device number. To do so, click “Update phone number” and enter your mobile number, including area code.
Then, click the + icon on the right-hand side of the profile, above your existing factor(s), to add a secondary factor/device.
Select OneLogin SMS, then click [Send Security Code to mobile].
Once received, input the code you receive via text message into the [Security Code] text box. You have now enrolled your secondary text message factor/device.
