Managers: How to View Recruiting Activities

To view Recruiting Activities, follow the steps below.

  1. First log in to fscj.onelogin.com with your college credentials.

  1. Select the ‘myFSCJ’ tile.

 

  1. If you are not already there, from the top center button on the page select Manager Self Service. Next select the Recruiting Activities tile.

 

  1. Use the Recruiting Activities page to view job openings you have access to as the assigned Hiring Manager.

 

 

  1. The My Job Openings page provides information on all the jobs assigned to you as the assigned Hiring Manager.

Job Title/Job ID = The advertised job title and job identification number assigned to the job opening.

Recruiting Location = The advertised primary location of the job opening.

Category = Categories are a personal organizational tool, and your categorization is not visible to other users.

Hiring Manager = All jobs assigned to you.

Days Open = The number of days since the job opening posting date.

No Action Taken = The number of applicants in the Applied phase.

Applicants = The total number of applicants that have applied for the job (in the Applied phase) as well as those in any other recruitment phase, i.e. Route, Interview, Reject, etc.

Hot Job = Displays the hot job icon for any jobs that are hot jobs. This column is hidden entirely if none of your job openings are hot jobs.

 

  1. Select the arrow (>) at the far right in the row to View the Job Opening. Here you’ll find the list of applicants that have applied for the position and their attachments.
