Faculty & Staff: Voicemail Passwords/Resetting Your PIN

This service is only accessible while on the FSCJ network:
Go to the website https://fscj-uc-1.fscj.org/ciscopca
If you receive the Your connection is not private message, clicked on Advanced, click on Proceed to fscj-uc-1.org/ciscopca
1. Login with your college username and password.
2. Click on Messaging Assistant.
3. Hover over Passwords and click on Change PIN.
4. Simply enter your new PIN and click Save. Please note: your PIN must consist of at least 4 numbers, may not be consecutive numbers, or a password you have used within the last 24 months.
