Schedule a Webex Conference Room Endpoint for Webex Meeting Use.

* Before proceeding, you should already be licensed and active in Webex, as well as have both the Webex Productivity Tools and the Webex Desktop App installed to your computer. Please see KB0010904 for more information to get started.

Windows:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook, go to your calendar, and open Scheduling a WebEx Conference Room Endpoint for your meetings allows you to utilize the TelePresence capabilities available on your campus. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up a WebEx meeting using Microsoft Outlook on both Windows and Macintosh/Apple systems.

Scheduling on Windows

Follow these steps to schedule a WebEx meeting using Microsoft Outlook on a Windows computer:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook:

    • Launch Microsoft Outlook and navigate to your calendar.

    • Open a New Meeting invitation.

  1. Add Attendees:

    • Enter the email addresses of the attendees you wish to invite.

  2. Set Meeting Details:

    • Enter the Subject Title.

    • Set the date and start/end times
