How to Enter Grades

On the My Schedule tab, click the Grade Roster icon next to the course that you want.This guide provides step-by-step instructions on entering grades for students through the My Schedule tab. Follow these instructions to efficiently enter, review, and approve grades for your courses.

Steps to Enter Grades

  1. Access the Grade Roster:

    • Navigate to the My Schedule tab.

    • Click the Grade Roster icon next to the course for which you want to enter grades.

  2. View All Students (Optional):

    • If you have a large class,

    • click View All

    • to display all of your students at once.

  1. Enter Grades Individually:

    • Click

    • in the Grade Roster column

    • next to a student’s name.

    • Select the grade

    • you want to assign to the student from the list of possible grades.

  1. Enter the Same Grade for Multiple Students:

    • Check the box next to the names of

    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen

  • Not Reviewed

  • Each night during the grading period, the Registrar's Office will post grades that are in the Approved status. If you need to change grades
