WebEx: How To Find Your Webex Meeting Host Key
There are two options available in finding your Host Key:
Microsoft Outlook Option:
1. In Microsoft Outlook, open your Webex Meeting calendar invitation.
2. Scroll down until you find Knowing how to find your Webex meeting host key is crucial for managing your meeting effectively. This guide provides two methods to find your host key: using Microsoft Outlook and directly through the Webex site.
Method 1: Using Microsoft Outlook
Follow these steps if you have a Webex meeting scheduled in Microsoft Outlook:
Open the Invitation:
Launch Microsoft Outlook and navigate to your calendar.
Open the calendar invitation for your Webex meeting.
Locate Host Information:
