Managing Voicemail Over the Phone

Follow these steps to delete old voicemail messages using your phone:

  1. Call the Voicemail Access Number

    • Dial (904) 357-8960

    • from any phone.

  1. Enter Your Extension

    • Enter your 4-digit extension when prompted, followed by the #

    • key.

  1. Enter Your PIN

    • Enter your voicemail PIN, followed by the # key.

  1. Review Old Messages

    • Press 3 to access and review old messages.

  1. Access Saved Messages

    • Press 1

    • to listen to saved messages.

  1. Delete or Save Messages

    • After listening to each message:

      • Press 3 to delete the message.

7.  Hang up after you are finished reviewing and deleting messages.

  1. Finish and Hang Up

    • Once you have reviewed and managed your messages, hang up the phone.
