The Faculty Resource Center (FRC) is a campus level resource where Faculty and Staff can go for assistance in the production of content for instruction.
The FRC offers a variety of computers, accessories and software, beyond the typical software suite provided by the college, and is typically supported by a Multimedia Specialist who can offer assistance or guidance with your project.

Click on ‘Submit a Ticket for Help’.
Click the IT: Technical Service Desk tile.
Choose Academic Software Request.
Follow the instructions on the screen to submit your software request.
