Faculty, Staff & Students: Microsoft Office 365 (FREE)

Students, Staff, and Full-Time Faculty should follow the directions below; Adjunct Instructors and Contractors should follow the directions located here.

Students, Staff, and Full Time Faculty:

To obtain the Free version of Microsoft Office, click on this link: https://outlook.office365.com/

Enter your FSCJ student or employee* email address.

Login with your FSCJ credentials.

Click the your initials/profile photo icon located near the top right corner of the screen.

Select My Account

Select Install Office from Office apps and devices on the My Account tab

During the installation process you choose Organizational Account as the type and will Register your Office 365 Suite using your student or employee* email address and password.

*Note: Employees will use their friendly name email address as their username.

Office Mobile for iOS and Android

You also have access to Office Mobile for iPhones and Office Mobile for Android phones. You can download Office Mobile on an iPad, but you will have to select “iPhone Only” within the app store to download the iPhone version.

The apps themselves are free through the app store, but require an active subscription to use. Download the app to your device, and sign in with your student or employee credentials to get started.
