Faculty: Request Canvas Access for Student Incomplete Resolution

  • Visit help.fscj.edu and select Submit A Help Ticket in the upper right corner.

  • From the Help Center, select the Canvas tile

  • Select the option for Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution

  • This will launch a request where you are required to provide:

    • Course #

    • Student EMPLID

    • Student Name

    • Last day of I grade contract

    • Additional comments (optional)

  • Click Send

After submitting, your ticket will be routed and you will receive an email to follow the request and it’s resolution. For questions, email EdTech@fscj.edu.
