Forward Primary Phone Line with phones.fscj.edu

1. Go to https://phones.fscj.edu

2. Sign-in with your FSCJ ID and password.

3. In the left navigation pane, click on Call Forwarding.

4. Select your primary line and click on the Forward all call to: check box.

5. Click the dropdown box and choose Add a new number.

6. The dropdown box will highlight red and a message will appear to the right that says This value is required.

7. Type your new number in the box and select Save.

8. For local 904 numbers, enter the number as 9, then the 7-digit number.  Do not put 904. (Ex: 96462300)

9. For long distance numbers, enter the number as 9, 1, area code, then 7-digit number (EX: 918506462300)
