Faculty: Where can I obtain technical support regarding my College password, WiFi, Canvas, or other?

While in the employee/student portal (my.fscj.edu), you can access a link to the FSCJ Technical Support Desk by clicking the Actions List button, then clicking Help. The Actions List is located in the header portion of the portal and looks like three dots stacked vertically.  

  • Click the Actions List icon (three vertically stacked dots).  

  • Click Help.

  • A new window will open with the Help site.  

There, you will find a link to Submit a Ticket, Request a Service, Explore the Knowledge Base as well as the hours, phone number, and email address for the Help Desk.
