How to join a FSCJ Microsoft Teams meeting from a Webex Conference Room

This guide explains how to join a Microsoft Teams meeting from a Webex Conference Room using the Video Conference ID number. Follow these steps to connect seamlessly to your meeting.

1. Open the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Invitation

   • Locate and open the meeting invitation in your Outlook calendar.

2. Find the Video Conference ID and Tenant Key

   • Scroll down to the section titled Join with a video conferencing device.

   • Open

     

3. Use the Webex Navigator Tablet’s Microsoft Teams button

   • On the room’s Webex navigator tablet, locate then touch the video call button.

   • Open

     

      

4. Enter the Tenant Key and Video Conference ID

   • In the Tenant Key field, enter fscj@m.webex.com

   • In the Video ID, enter your Video Conference ID

   • Tap the Join button

   • Open

     

      

5. Alternate Joining Instructions

   • Optionally, click on More Info in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Invitation
