Importing documents using OnBase Unity Client

This section provides step by step guidance to importing documents that live on devices, not hard copy documents.

  1. Log in to OnBase Unity Client

  2. Select Import

  3. Click Browse

  4. Select the document you wish to import

  5. Update the Document Type Group

  6. Update the Document Type

  7. Update all required and necessary keywords

  8. Select Import

Navigating Workflow using OnBase Unity Client

This section provides step by step guidance to navigating to Workflows within the Unity Client. Please note that each users role determines the availability of Workflows.

  1. Log in to OnBase Unity Client

  2. Select Workflow

  3. Select the Workflow Life Cycle that you are wanting to review

  4. Select a specific Workflow Queue

  5. Use the available Ad Hoc Task(s) as needed
