Can the College access my student disk space?

The College cannot access the online storage provided by Microsoft. Accessed is controlled solely by the student and not the College and can be shared at the student's discretion. Even when your account is deactivated per procedure, the College will disable the email with Microsoft – it will not be saved by the college.

Does the college provide free disk space?

As a student at Florida State College at Jacksonville, you are provided with an email account from Microsoft. One of the benefits of the account is the "OneDrive.” This allows you to save files within it up to 1TB.

Where do I find my free disk space?

Students can access their virtual online storage on their "OneDrive". While logged into their email, clicking on the 3x3 grid of squares in the top-left, which is your Microsoft App launcher, will open an App list. Go to “OneDrive” on that list and you will access this virtual space. Students can intuitively add, delete and manage the content on their "OneDrive".

Can I access my free disk space outside the College?

The virtual online storage can be accessed while logged in and accessed on or off campus.
