Faculty & Staff: How to Register for Classes in MyLearning

This guide provides a step-by-step process for faculty and staff to register for classes in MyLearning, an online training and development platform.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access MyLearning

  • Log in to the MyLearning platform using your faculty or staff credentials.

2. Search for Courses

  • Navigate to the Learning Library:

    • Click on the Learning Library tab at the top of the page.

  • Use the Search Function:

    • In the search box, enter keywords, the course name, or the course number to find the specific course you are interested in.

3. Enroll in a Course

  • Select a Course:

    • Once you have found the desired course, click on it to view more details.

  • Enroll in the Course:

    • Click the Enroll button to register for the course.

  • Choose a Session:

    • If it is a live training course, select a specific session date from the available options.

4. Register through Email

  • Check Weekly Email:

    • Every Thursday, check your email for the Training and Organizational Development (TOD) newsletter. It includes a list of upcoming training sessions.

  • Use Registration Links:

    • Click the registration link provided in the email to sign up for the desired training directly.

5. Use the Training Calendar

  • Open the Training Calendar:

    • In MyLearning, select the Training Calendar option.

  • Browse Upcoming Courses:

    • View the calendar to see courses scheduled over the next several months.

  • Register for a Course:

    • Click on the course title and then select the Register button to sign up.
