Faculty & Staff: How do I create a Calendar Appointment in my email client?

To create calendar appointments in Outlook, first open the application, navigate to the Calendar, and change the view option to Month. Right click on the desired day and select ‘New Appointment’. You can add attendees through the ‘Invite Attendees’ icon at the top toolbar. Fill in the appropriate fields and click on ‘Save & Close’ to save and invite people to your new event.
