Setting up iOS Mail App for Office 365 Exchange

Overview

Find out how to set up the mail app (iOS native mail client) for Office 365 Exchange (Outlook) for iPhones/iPads.

Steps to Take

1. Click on the settings icon.
   
   
   

   Open

   

     
   
   

2. Go to "Mail" within your Settings
   
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   

3. Select "Accounts"
   
   
   

   
   
   

4.  Press "Add Account"
   
   
   

1. Pick "Microsoft Exchange"
   
   
   

   
   
   

2. Type in your FSCJ email address. For Description, type "FSCJ Exchange." Then, click "Next."
   
   
   

   
   
   

3.  There will be a pop up confirming if you'd like to log in. Press "Sign In."
   
   
   

   
   
   

4. You may get the following prompt, select “Work or School account”

1. Sign in using your FSCJ credentials
   
   
   

   
   
   

2. Depending on what Two-Factor authentication You may be prompted for your Two-Factor login, please complete your Two-Factor prompt

3. You may receive the following prompt requesting permissions, please select “accept”

1. You will be presented with which items you would like to sync to your mobile device.

2. You can keep default settings and select “save”
   
   
   

    
   
   

3. Open your iOS mail client. Your FSCJ Email will open. 
   
   
   

    
   
   

4. Setup complete.
