What MyLearning Courses Are Needed For OnBase Access?

This article will depict each type of security access in OnBase and the specific coinciding MyLearning courses.

To only view content in OnBase Web Client and/or Unity Client:

• PD 0181 OnBase for Viewers

  • if the course is completed prior to Jul 1, 2025, users are required to complete the course again

• CMPL 1007 FERPA Basics

To only import content using Batch Scanning, OnBase Outlook Integration and/or Import function in the OnBase Web Client:

• PD 0181 OnBase for Viewers

  • if the course is completed prior to Jul 1, 2025, users are required to complete the course again

• CMPL 1007 FERPA Basics

• PD 2378 Importing Documents and Content into OnBase

To only index content:

• PD 0181 OnBase for Viewers

  • if the course is completed prior to Jul 1, 2025, users are required to complete the course again

• CMPL 1007 FERPA Basics

• PD 2486 Indexing Documentation in OnBase

To request only Workflow access:

• PD 0181 OnBase for Viewers

  • if the course is completed prior to Jul 1, 2025, users are required to complete the course again

• CMPL 1007 FERPA Basics

• PD 2385 Workflows in OnBase Web Client

NOTE: If a user is requesting multiple types of access, they will need to complete the required courses for each type of access. For example, an user would like to view, import using Batch Scanning, index documentation, and Workflow access. The user will need to enroll in PD 0181 OnBase for Viewers, CMPL 1007 FERPA Basics, PD 2385 Workflows in OnBase Web Client, PD 2486 Indexing Documentation in OnBase, and PD 2378 Importing Documents and Content into OnBase. Data owners are required to complete all courses.
