Log In Errors in OnBase

User errors or system glitches may trigger occasional error messages. Below are examples of error messages that can be received and ways to resolve the errors. 

Example 1

This error populated because the user was using an outdated URL to attempt to access OnBase, and the user’s access was locked. Please see our How to Submit an Imaging Access Request knowledge base article regarding locked accounts.

Example 2

This error message populated because the user was locked out or access has been revoked. If this error populates, please submit a FSCJ Help Desk ticket requesting review.

Example 3

This error message populated because the wrong credentials were entered. We recommend attempting to re-enter your login credentials.
