How To Log In To OnBase

This is a quick reference guide on how to log in to OnBase.

1. Navigate to OneLogin

   1. Using OneLogin is always the preferred avenue as versions of OnBase are often updated.

2. Enter your login credentials

3. Select the OnBase by Hyland tile

   1. Open

      

NOTE: If you do not see OnBase by Hyland tile under frequents, please select Company: Everything. If once you have selected Company: Everything and the tile is still not populated, you will need to submit an Imaging Access Request and complete the prerequisite trainings.
